Two big away games this turn and Monarchs quest to win some silverware this season couldn't have been tougher as they were away to FC Escalona in a FA semi-final replay which turned out to be one of the games of the season.
In a see-saw game Batistuta game Monarchs an early lead only for Escalona to turn it round to be leading 2-1 at half-time.Momentum then swung in Monarchs favour again as Muller than Batistuta meant Monarchs now lead but Zola took the match into extra-time.Nothing could separate the two behemoths and it looked like it was going to penalties until Puskas got on the end of a Jairzinho cross 3 to send their supporters in raptures and Monarchs to the final where Old Enemy Red Devils await.
It was a much tighter affair in the league where Monarchs travelled to Inter Ya Mum but a 16th Minute Batistuta goal was enough to secure a 1-0 victory and consolidate 6th place.
Transfers and Chiekh M'Bengue was the only bit of action Hawkins made in the market this turn.
VIVA LA MONARCHS!!!!!!!

Monarchs have been very busy(slack) lately and completely missed the end of the season.
All I do know is Red Devils fluked a replay win in one of the cups!!
Will try to keep it updated more this season.
VIVA LA MONARCHS!!!!

The problem is your team need to know how to take penalties, if they did then they might have a better chance of winning cups when taken to penalties.

You don't know how true this is.
Can't remember which game but I drew 0-0 last turn and Ibrahimovich missed 2 pens in one game
Maybe I would be better off doing the unrealistic thing and having my GK take them like most do.

First two games of the new season and Monarchs have got off to a pretty good start.
First up was away to Babylon BC and Messi and Muller scored the goals in a comfortable 2-0 victory.
This turn it was the visit of a much tougher opposition-Rangers Legends and when Batistuta gave them a 55th minute lead Monarchs were hoping to claim a famous scalp.10 mins from time tho Monarchs conceded a soft penalty which was despatched by nemesis Hateley to end 1-1.
Loads of transfers have come in and out in the last few weeks with Torje,Marica,McArtur and Deco the most notable entering the King Stadium.
VIVA LA MONARCHS!!!!!

Monarchs good start to the season continued with a victory away at Anfield Rockets this turn.Van Basten did the damage after 12mins and Monarchs even had the rare luck of Rockets missing a late penalty to stay joint top with the Red Devils.
An influx of Welsh and Romanians flooding into the game continued as Ledley and Souza joined the club this turn.Making way were Gonzalez and Vitolo.
VIVA LA MONARCHS!!!!!
